Parents Evening October 2021

Respected Parents,

Assalamualaikum.

I hope and pray this message finds you in the best of health and Imaan.

As things are now getting back to normal and we have all settled down for a new madrasah & school academic year, I wish to confirm the dates of our long-awaited parents’ meetings.

The details of which are as follows:-

Father’s Meeting = *Sunday 10th October 2021.*

Registration Time: from *1pm till 1:30pm*

Dhuhr Salat= 1:30pm

Mother’s Meeting= *Sunday 17th October 2021.*

Registration Time: *12:30pm till 1pm.*

_(The actual meeting will start straight after the registration process.)_

NB. 1. Attendance is a must in accordance to madrasah policy.

2. Only parents will be registered and *not* other relatives.

3. Kindly ensure you know your Family Reg Number for registration purposes.

4. Both arrival and departure times must be respected.

5. Parents must attend in Islamic attire, in particular mothers, ensuring they are modestly dressed.

6. Madrasa pupils or other children must *NOT* attend the meeting.
