Who can recommend a reliable taxi in Port Lincoln?

My wife and I are flying in on AA101 from San Francisco. We arrive in the afternoon, around 2:10 p.m. We booked a room at the Grand Tasman Hotel, but they don't offer a shuttle service. I was really hoping they would. I read reviews about taxis on the internet and realize that it will probably be difficult for me to catch a car there. Please tell me, is this really the case? Because I have already started looking for options for ordering a taxi online. I found the GetTransfer website https://gettransfer.com/en/directions/australia/port-lincoln . There I read that you can book a transfer or taxi in advance. I want to sit back and enjoy a peaceful ride, without any surprises like having to pay in cash or, as happened to me in another country, when they wanted to charge me an extra $50 for the driver helping me load my suitcases. Maybe someone has been to Port Lincoln and can advise me on how to do everything right?

This is common practice among taxi drivers at airports in all countries because it is a lucrative opportunity. Not all people who arrive are familiar with local rates. As a result, each taxi driver sets their own price. I have been ordering taxis online or by phone for a long time if I know that the service is reliable.
